General Overseer-Emeritus Bishop Harold H. Norman
He is the father of five, the grandfather of twelve, the great grandfather of eleven, and prior to his wife's graduation to heaven in 2014, he was the husband of one wife for 53 years. It is said that our families are our first ministry. Although this precise statement won't be found in the Bible, there is much truth in it. And the fact that all five of Bishop Norman's children were saved under his ministry and led to Christ through his teachings, indicates, he has certainly embodied the saying. Recently, Bishop Norman "passed the mantle" of general overseer to his daughter, Dr. Kendra Holmes, but he continues to actively preach and function in minister wherever God opens doors. Get to know more about our esteemed founder and General Overseer through the words and pictorial display below.
Because of his physical stature, Bishop Harold H. Norman has often dubbed himself, "God's little man of faith," but because of the heavy spiritual oil on his life, others know him to be a giant in the gospel. The twelfth of eighteen children born to Reverend Thomas & Mrs. Mable Norman Sr., Bishop Norman was born and raised in Macon, Georgia where he received his early education. Later, he pursued a degree in religious studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

He and his beloved wife of 53 years, Mother B. Francine Norman were saved and Holy Ghost filled during the same Watch Night service in December of 1961 and worked closely together in ministry until the Lord called her home in 2014. They were blessed to raise five children (three of whom are licensed or ordained to carry the gospel). After serving as a minister in the Baptist Church and the Church of God in Christ for some years, God called Bishop Norman to full time evangelism during which time he traveled the globe preaching and teaching the Word of God in churches and in gospel tent revivals.
It was during one of his many tent crusades that God revealed to him that it was time to set roots and begin functioning as a pastor. After birthing several churches, he was consecrated to the office of Bishop and despite many obstacles along the way, it is because of God's grace and Bishop Norman's solid determination, unwavering faith, and strong dedication to God's call on his life, that the organization that is Revival Church Incorporated continues today.

On Sunday, August 28, 2022 during Revival Church Incorporated's annual 2022 General Assembly fellowship, Bishop Norman ceremonially and officially passed the mantle of the overseership of the ministry to his daughter, Bishop Dr. Kendra Norman Holmes, who has served faithfully under the Revival Church covering for many years. Dr. Holmes, is the pastor at Deliverance Revival Church in Macon, Georgia.
